Silver Wedding Package
£550
I only ever do one ceremony a day which enables me to completely focus on you. I write a unique ceremony script, typically including, your love story, vows, an exchange of rings/tokens, readings/poems and music, a blessing or acclamation and signing of certificate. If you require it, I can also help you write your vows. This package also includes any traditional ‘ritual act’ (handfasting, unity candles, sand ceremony, Quaich (loving cup) ceremony, etc.) If you opt for handfasting a set of ribbons will be supplied in your colour palette. The ribbons can be upgraded to handmade satin cords, please let me know your preference. All of this can be tailored to you as a couple.
Gold Wedding Package
£700
This package includes all in the silver package plus a rehearsal, handmade handfasting cords in your colour palette and two copies of your celebration script in high-quality bindings. I will also create a ritual act based on the symbolism that means most to you in your lives, this will be completely unique to you and never used again.
Platinum Wedding Package
£900
This package is for costumed wedding celebrations, this can be any theme of your choice and will include everything from the other packages, delivered in your theme. Scripts from any novel, film/TV show of your choice will be adapted to fit your ceremony. I will perform the ceremony costumed in your theme, props will be made and I can help with set design and concept. For example, a Harry Potter’ themed wedding, and as part of the ritual the bride and groom received personalised handmade wands. A ‘Viking’ themed wedding would include specially blessed jewellery such as Mjolnir’s (Thor’s Hammers). Once again, handmade handfasting cords in your colour palette will be supplied if this is the ritual you choose. I look forward to discussing your ideas with you.
Expenses are based on where your ceremony will be conducted. Local ceremonies are expenses-included, but if your venue is further afield I charge at £0.45 a mile.
Please note that currently no celebrant can offer a legally-recognised wedding service. My clients usually attend a registry office to sign the legal papers before or just after their ceremony with me. Registrars also offer a service where they travel to your venue, if you would like everything done on the same day, this could be an option for you though this typically comes with an additional charge.
