What is a Celebrant Wedding Ceremony?
Currently in the UK, the legal marriage must be completed by a registrar, often in a registry office or licensed venue. Registrar ceremonies follow a legally required format and are usually quite structured.
A celebrant wedding ceremony is different. It allows you to create a ceremony that is completely personal and meaningful, without the restrictions of a legal script.
Many couples choose to complete the legal paperwork with a registrar separately and then have a celebrant-led ceremony for their wedding day itself. This gives you the freedom to design a ceremony that truly reflects who you are as a couple.

My Approach
I begin with a relaxed meeting (in person or online) where we get to know each other and explore your ideas.
From there I craft a completely bespoke ceremony script based on your story.
You will receive a draft to review and can make as many changes as you like — though most couples find the first draft already feels like them.
On your wedding day I deliver the ceremony, ensuring everything flows beautifully and naturally.
